Overview

This course is completed via traineeship where you are employed in a business and learn a broad range of business skills in the workplace and via study. Your training will be supported by workplace visits, emails and phone calls from your trainer. Intakes are ongoing throughout the year and can start as soon as you are employed.

Careers

This qualification could lead to full-time employment as an administration officer, a customer service officer, a data entry operator or receptionist.

Pathways

Certificate IV in Business or Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Entry Requirements

Students must be currently employed as a Trainee. You will undertake a Pre-Training Review to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about your existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
