The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management will be of particular interest to those aspiring to senior managerial roles in a large organisation and those who have a leadership role in smaller organisations, across all industries. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

Entry Requirements

Interview and a minimum of 3 years management experience or Diploma of Management qualification. Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
