Certificate II in Spoken and Written English assists adult learners of non-English speaking backgrounds to develop language and literacy skills. Through conversation and class activities you will gain the skills to undertake further education and training, to seek and maintain employment and to participate independently in the community.

Course Delivery

Classes are offered at varied times both night and day classes. Progression through the course is dependent on the learner and their ability to learn a second language.

Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
