Overview

The Certificate III in Horticulture equips you with the skills and knowledge you need to start your career in horticulture. The program is primarily delivered at the fully equipped SuniTAFE Training Farm and students are given hands on opportunities to experience and learn in a real farm environment.

Careers

This qualification could lead to employment as a gardener, landscape designer, garden designer, horticulturalist or any one of a number of varied roles within the industry.

Pathways

This qualification can lead to further study at a Certificate IV level in Horticulture or other Horticulture industry specific qualification at Certificate IV level.

Course Delivery

This qualification takes 12 months to complete. Classes can be commenced throughout the year and are held 4 days per week on the Mildura campus. A part time option also exists for this course.
